Alibaba co-founder Jack Ma donates coronavirus test kits and masks to the US.

Ma started Alibaba in 1999 and helped grow it into a $420 billion business. His estimated net worth is around $37 billion.
“The crisis presents a huge challenge to all humankind in a globalized world,” Ma said in a statement published to Twitter just after midnight on the East Coast.
“The pandemic we face today can no longer be resolved by any individual country. Rather, we need to combat the virus by working hand in hand. At this moment, we can’t beat this virus unless we eliminate boundaries to resources and share our know-how and hard-earned lessons.” The Jack Ma Foundation says it has already contributed supplies to other countries combating the coronavirus, including Japan, Korea, Italy, Iran, and Spain.
